1:1 EFT Sessions
Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping can be used to work with and ease a huge range of issues including
- difficult past experiences
- anxiety and stress
- confidence and self esteem
-chronic health issues
- coping with loss
I will guide you through gentle self-tapping in session and show you how to use EFT for yourself to manage difficult emotions, reach goals and live with ease.
EFT communicates with both the body and mind and can be very effective where an issue has felt stuck.
Find out more here about this evidence-based technique or book a no obligation call below to find out how EFT can help you.
Not A Perfect Parent
We are very proud of NAPP, you'll find more info here.
NAPP isn't a parenting class or any kind of how-to, you are the expert on looking after your family.
Instead it is a safe space for connecting and sharing.
Have a listen to our podcast - officially launching on the 15th of November!
If it wasn't a podcast it would be a brew and a hug. At NAPP we know it's not always easy, we are about honesty and supporting each other.
I specialise in supporting parents and adoptive parents through 1:1 EFT sessions. Whether it's connecting with yourself or connecting with your children in the way you want to, EFT can help.
Meditations & Workshops
Keep up to date with our meditation classes, workshops and events or try one of our guided meditations here.
We believe that there is no one way to meditate and use a range of techniques starting at 2 and 3 minutes.
Sometimes even the word 'meditation' can put us off. For me, it's about slowing down and listening to yourself. There is no great expectation or place to get to.
Don't we all deserve that?
