What Is EFT?EFT, emotional freedom technique or tapping is a powerful evidence based tool that you can use to invite more ease and freedom into your life.
Proven to reduce anxiety in the moment and to break the emotional links that cause it, EFT can be used to make the tangible changes in the mind and body that bring us out of negative patterns. The technique will be personalised to you, you will be able to measure your progress and you are always in control of the session. I am a fully accredited practitioner and a professional member of the EFT and Mindfulness Centre. Sessions are online or in person in our calm & comfortable Chester therapy room or online and flexible around your needs. |
What can I expect during my session?
In your first session we'll talk through what you want to achieve and where you feel you are at the moment. We'll agree how we will use EFT in a safe and measurable way and I will guide you through the process. EFT is very gentle but very powerful, and it is always directed by you and what you are comfortable with. EFT often allows us to move through things that have felt stuck for a long time and discover the insights and clarity that are often hard to find when we are feeling anxious. One of the beautiful things about this technique is that it isn't passive. It's about supporting you to listen to yourself and work through what you find, so no session will be the same as the last. You will also learn how to use EFT to support yourself between sessions, and for the rest of your life. Please note EFT is not a replacement for medical treatment.
