I came to wellness practices many years ago because I
felt like I was missing my life through being stressed,
anxious and so lost in the past and the future that I didn't even notice it passing me by.
Those tools have changed my world.
EFT and somatic therapy transformed my experiences of anxiety and trauma and helped me create a life that is much more full of laughter and freedom.
Mindfulness and meditation have helped me to understand myself more, to slow down and work with the tricky times
to find more balance.
Life is still life, in all its glory and with all its unexpected challenges!
Finding practices that work for me has helped me find more acceptance and appreciation of it all and more kindness with myself and other people in how we deal with it.
